Kreider Farms, the largest egg producer in Pennsylvania, is adding team members to all of our Maintenance teams at our Egg Processing locations. The Egg plants for Kreider Farms are located in Manheim, Middletown, Mount Joy, and Lebanon. We have state-of-the-art robotic packaging and palletizing equipment in our Egg Processing/Packaging plants. We are offering the potential for growth within our company.
Skills needed include:
Ability to ensure smooth operation of all machinery and mechanical equipment throughout the shift by completing preventative maintenance requirements
Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Ability to repair, install, and maintain equipment
Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability to repair electrical systems
We offer flexible schedules, including 4-day workweeks when new team members are hired. Dayshift positions working 40-50 hours/week. Employees get free eggs and milk. Wage will be based on experience and education.
