Among other things, our HVAC/R program is currentl

Among other things, our HVAC/R program is currently practicing the fabrication and installation of fiberglass duct board! 🛠️ This duct board will be used as the main trunk line of an HVAC system, to supply conditioned air to a structure.

Students are also installing sheet metal duct and fittings. These metal ducts and fittings are used to supply the conditioned air from the main trunk duct line to multiple areas of a structure! 🏠

Photography students visited both Canine Country C

Photography students visited both Canine Country Club locations to take “Back to School” photos for the dogs! 📸🐾 Students also recently combined their Intro to Marketing unit with their new photography skills for a final product photo assignment. They were tasked with accessorizing, styling, and photographing a product of their choice!

Brownstown’s Heavy Equipment program traveled to the Mount Joy house project to excavate trenches! 🪏 Students dug out space for water lines for both homes, and made trenches for the down spouts. 💧

The Lancaster County Career and Technology Center recognizes the dedication of our community’s first responders. We thank our Protective Services instructors for the critical role they play in mentoring the next generation of firefighters, police officers, and Emergency Medical Services personnel. 🚑 Finally, we appreciate our students’ willingness to commit to this honorable field! ✨
