Students are able to deposit money into their accounts at the cash register via cash or check. Funds can also be deposited into the student’s lunch account online at SchoolCafe. To access your account on SchoolCafe, you must log into the link above and select “Create a New Account.” The school district must be Lancaster County Career & Technology Center. If you have an existing account with your sending school, the new account will have to be created with a different email address. You’ll need your Lancaster County Career & Technology Center Student ID number to register on SchoolCafe.
Students can access their lunch accounts with the use of their student ID. Students are encouraged to bring their IDs to the cafeteria daily. To help expedite the lunch process, students can take a picture of their ID and store it to their phones. We also encourage students to download the SchoolCafe app on their Apple or Android phone.
Free & Reduced Meals
High school students who are approved to receive the reduced meal price for the 2024–25 school year will not be charged. Students eating on campus are encouraged to apply for the free or reduced meals. You may apply online at SchoolCafe or download a copy from the links below.
You Must Submit Two Applications: one to the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center, and one to your sending school. If your sending school uses the same online application process, you will have to create a separate login for the Lancaster County Career & Technology Center with a different email address. Your Lancaster County Career & Technology Center Student ID number is needed to register on SchoolCafe.
* To avoid processing fees through the School Cafe app and website, deposits to a student’s lunch account can be made in person to a CTC cashier via check or money during lunch.
Lancaster County CTC meets the meal criteria for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP).
