EMPLOYEE FORMS

New hires must complete all forms below electronically. This information will be shared with our human resources department. There will be additional forms to complete in person when you meet with human resources on (or prior to) your first day of work.

Current employees, please use these forms if there are any changes while employed at Lancaster County Career & Technology Center.
