Introduction to Culinary students at Mount Joy hosted their peers this week at their student restaurant, in part to celebrate the end of NOCTI testing! 📚 This mini-diner is full-service and completely housed within their classroom and kitchen workspaces.

On the menu today: cinnamon swirl pancakes, omelettes, lemon poppyseed muffins, vanilla milkshakes, quesadillas, stacked burgers, grilled cheeses, loaded French fries, and much, much more! 🍔🌟

A round of applause, please, for our April Lions C

A round of applause, please, for our April Lions Club Students of the Month! 🥳👏

Alana Flory, an @easdbears student in our Advanced Health Careers program, was selected as the Elizabethtown Lions Club Student of the Month. Alana’s participation in clinical experiences across different healthcare departments and fields through our program has refined her interests and confirmed her career goal of becoming an ultrasound technician! She has been actively involved in our Student Ambassador program, was recently inducted into the National Technical Honor Society, and has served at her sending high school in Club Ophelia and the Pep Club and the Red Cross Club.

Jesse High, a @manheimcentralsd student in our Automotive Technology program, was selected as the Manheim Lions Club Student of the Month. His older brothers attended CTC too! Jesse chose to enroll in our program to academically pursue his strong interest in cars. He is a member of his sending high school volleyball team, and has played since his sophomore year. Additionally, Jesse is a “Poolee,” a member of the Marine Corps Delayed Entry Program. He plans to enlist post-graduation as an aircraft mechanic! While serving, he hopes to eventually become an officer and a helicopter pilot.

Willow Street’s adult Veterinary Technology program is hosting a career fair from 11 AM to 2 PM next Wednesday, April 22, at the Willow Street Campus’ Lions Club Building. 🐾 This event is open to the public! Come on out to learn more about the career paths available in the veterinary field.

Our adult Veterinary Technology program assists wi

Our adult Veterinary Technology program assists with live surgeries throughout the school year, but come spring, their surgery clinic schedule really ramps up! 🐾🐶 This week, students worked with animals from Scallywags Animal Rescue and Tail's End Farm Animal Rescue. They performed teeth cleanings and extractions, took x-rays, and assisted veterinarians with spays and neuters in the operating room!
