Our Brownstown students have submitted to the spring Student Art Show at the Lancaster Art Vault! 🌟🎨 Participating classes include: Commercial Art, Digital Design and Print Media, Interactive Media and Web Design, Introduction to Visual Communications, and Photography and Multimedia Communications!

Join us in celebrating our students’ creativity at the Lancaster Art Vault, April 23 - 25, with a reception from 6-8 PM on April 24! 🖼️

On April 23, students at our Brownstown Campus invite you to tour their groundbreaking Cyber-Physical City during the second-annual Cyber City Open House! 🏠For one night only, you’ll explore the fully-operational city environment and interact with the student-built digital interfaces. There will be live demonstrations of automation, power systems, and networked technologies, too!

Date: April 23, 2026
Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Location: Brownstown Campus, 231 Snyder Rd., Ephrata

This project goes beyond a traditional classroom assignment. Students worked collaboratively to solve complex engineering, design, and cybersecurity challenges. The city serves as a living, interactive platform where physical infrastructure, digital systems, and creative storytelling converge.

Over 13 programs have contributed! Namely, Computer Networking & Security designed and integrated the underlying digital infrastructure, cybersecurity systems, and interactive components, priming the city for its upcoming external simulated cyber-attack.

Additionally, our Visual Communications cluster created and installed visual elements while Cabinetmaking and Wood Technology, alongside Introduction to Construction Careers, provided the modular table system and physical structures.

Other programs contributing to specific systems and assisting with finishing work included: Electrical Construction Technology, Electro-Mechanical Engineering, Painting and Interior Finishes, Plumbing, and Introduction to Manufacturing Careers. Introduction to Culinary Arts will provide catering and hospitality for the Cyber City Open House event.

Congratulations to our SkillsUSA state medalists!🥇

Last week, our students competed in Hershey against schools from across Pennsylvania. Together, our chapters brought back 11 top-three awards! 🏆✨ Thank you to our faculty advisors for your commitment to our students’ success. This is a huge accomplishment - well done, all!

Alyssa, Carly, and Ashton will move on to the National competition, held June 1 through June 5 in Atlanta, Georgia.
