Join our Adult Veterinary Technology program for a Rabies Vaccine Clinic at our Willow Street campus on Saturday, April 11, from 9 AM to 12 PM! 🐾 Students will offer a variety of services, including rabies vaccines, microchipping, nail trims, ear cleanings, and anal gland expressions.

Payments and donations must be paid in cash only. Please bring dogs leashed and cats in carriers. Please bring proof of vaccination if seeking a 3-year rabies vaccine. ✨

Adult Welding Technology students are practicing e

Adult Welding Technology students are practicing everything from stick welding to MIG, TIG, and flux core welding! 🔥 Our classes are advancing quickly; 12 students are expected to graduate on June 17! Plus, the group completed a project on Kunkel Field in March, installing railings near the local baseball diamond. ⚾️

Photography students recently welcomed their instructor’s son to their class - not as a new student, but as their toddler model for portrait practice! 📸👶 They got first-hand experience entertaining and distracting, keeping a short attention span focused on the camera.

Please join us in celebrating our March Lions’ Club students of the Month! 🌟

Carly Hoffman — Dental Assistant, Elizabethtown Area School District, Elizabethtown Lions’ Club Student of the Month 🦷🪥

Carly chose to attend LCCTC to explore her interest in the dental field while gaining valuable hands-on experience in the profession. Beyond her coursework, Carly has taken on leadership and service roles, serving as a SkillsUSA Officer and actively participating as a member of our Willow Street chapter of the National Technical Honor Society (NTHS). She plans to pursue a career as a dental assistant but is also considering furthering her education through our adult Dental Hygiene program.

Addis Weaver – Plumbing, Manheim Central School District, Manheim Lions’ Club Student of the Month🧑‍🔧

Addis wanted to “try something different” and decided to learn a specialized skill. He took several skilled learning classes at Manheim Central High School, including Welding and several of the district’s Agricultural Education classes. He says the best part of attending LCCTC has been the opportunity to work through our Co-Operative Education program. He is currently employed by Brubaker, Inc., and enjoys working on the installation of new plumbing systems under the company’s supervision. Addis has considered applying to Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology’s Water and Environmental Technology program.
