High Tea


High tea menus imitate the experience of a fine tea house, offering an array of soups, sandwiches, tea selections, and desserts.  Our high tea menu changes on a weekly basis and reflects the culinary program’s scope of training as the year progresses.

In order to provide a relaxed high tea experience, we now offer two seatings. When calling for reservations, please indicate your preference for the 11:00 a.m. or 11:30 a.m. seating time.

Prix Fixe Lunch


Infusions serves a prix fixe lunch on Thursdays and Fridays from 11:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. Reservations are recommended. All prix fixe menus include: your choice of appetizer, soup, or salad, bread, choice of entrée (include accompanying side dishes), a dessert from our bakery, and a beverage.

Infusions Bakeshop


The Infusions Bakeshop is open on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. Various baked goods and pastries are available for purchase, all made by our talented baking and pastry students. Items may also be pre-ordered. See the full price list below for a complete list of options.

Restaurant Policies

Infusions will be closed on any day that the Career and Technology Center has a two-hour delay or is closed. Additionally, if the school is closed for a full day, Infusions will not be open the following day, as students need time to prepare food for the restaurant. Check our home page or WGAL if you’re unsure of weather delays or closures.

No outside food or beverage is permitted at Infusions Restaurant. We thank you for observing this policy.
