Rick Moore graduated from Brownstown Vo-Tech in 1990 as a diesel mechanic. Prior to joining LCCTC, he was employed at Reading Muhlenberg CTC as a Transportation Cluster assistant ( automotive, auto body, diesel and small engine motorcycle). Rick has more than 25 years of experience working on anything from heavy trucks to small engine equipment. Rick has a passion for motorcycle drag racing, is a four- time national champion and holds two national records. In his free time, he enjoys racing motorcycles, quads and building racing engines.
Darell Eby

Darell Eby came to Lancaster County Career and Technology Center in the spring of 2010 as a substitute in the Transportation Cluster program at Mounty Joy. He returned the following school year as the full time instructor.
Prior to joining LCCTC, Darell was one of the instructors for the Auto Mechanics program at Mifflin-Juniata Career and Technology Center in Lewistown, PA where he was also a student during his high school years.
Darell had 26 years of experience in the automotive field before beginning his teaching career in 2007. He has his teaching certifications in Auto Mechanics and Collision Repair and is currently a student at Penn State University. He will receive his Bachelors Degree in Workforce Education in the summer of 2015.
Darell and his wife have four children and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife, spending time with family & friends, and restoring his 50-year-old classic car which is the first car he purchased as a teenager.
Donny Lingle

Donny Lingle comes from a long line of mechanical ancestry. His grandfather, father and several uncles were all professional technicians.He spent a tremendous amount of time in the garage with his family mentors.
His professional career as a service tech began at the age of 17 when he was hired at U-Haul International in Harrisburg. This fulfilling mechanical career continued for more than 30 years.Today he finds himself passing the torch of knowledge to his students who are interested in the transportation field.
If you ask Mr. Lingle, he will tell you there is no other place he would rather be. Today his students are his reward, his paycheck is just a bonus!
