Lancaster County CTC, in operation with the PA Department of Transportation, provides the necessary information and testing for Auto Mechanics to become Certified Emissions Inspectors.
Applicants must register and purchase their training manuals and test package on patrainingportal.com, LCCTC no longer supplies the manual. You may also bring a computer to class.
ALSO: When you register on the training portal you will be asked to choose a security question. Please remember the security question and answer for test night.
