Are you a Veterinary Technician with a passion for pets and a knack for having fun? Look no further! Willow Run, a thriving 7-doctor practice just outside Lancaster, PA, has been the go-to pet hospital for over 40 years, and we’re on the hunt for our next SUPERSTAR !
As our newest Veterinary Technician, you’ll dive headfirst into all the exciting aspects of our practice, including:
Assisting our doctors with medical and surgical procedures
Performing cytologies and in-house diagnostics
Providing emergency care
Taking x-rays and assisting in surgeries
Mastering blood sampling and IV catheter placement
Administering injections and medications
Communicating with clients effectively
To join our team at Willow Run, you should be a Veterinary Technician with a valid certification and a strong proficiency in blood sampling, catheterization, laboratory diagnostics, animal handling, and restraint. Experience of 2 years in a veterinary setting is preferred but not required. Those with less experience who are eager to learn are encouraged to apply.
