What will you do as a Swim Instructor?
-The main focus of a swim instructor is to teach swimming skills in accordance with SafeSplash Lancaster's curriculum in a fun, positive manner
-Provide continuous, positive corrective feedback to students and customers on their swimming efforts
-Structure class time appropriately to incorporate repetition, reinforcement, and introduction of required skills
-Ensure swimmer safety
What are we looking for in a Swim Instructor?
-Previous swim instruction is preferred but we are happy to train you
-Current American Red Cross CPR-PR/AED, First Aid for adult, swimmer and infant preferred but we will help you get certified in 60 days of hire
-Special consideration given to instructors with experience teaching swimmers age 6 months to 10 years and Special Needs.
Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour
