Position Overview
Zimmerman’s Construction is looking for you to be a full time highly motivated and detail-oriented roofing professional who takes pride in quality, safety, and teamwork. You're expected to lead by example, support crew efficiency, and ensure every project and repair is completed to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
Perform roofing and exterior work including shingles, metal roofing, rubber roofing, siding, windows, and doors
Ensure high-quality installation with attention to detail and proper workmanship to eliminate callbacks
Maintain a clean and organized job site at all times
Coordinate with the project manager and lead foreman for job details and needs
Support crew members as needed to maintain productivity and quality
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Meet at the shop daily Monday–Friday and be ready to work
Learn how to perform repairs and service as experience is gained
Keep company vehicle clean, organized and fully supplied
Keep accurate time cards and documentation per job as needed
Qualifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to follow directions
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented work ethic
