We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Personal Care Attendants (PCA) to join our team and provide meaningful support to individuals who need assistance with daily living. We service all of Lancaster County, to include, but not limited to: Lancaster, Manheim, Lititz, Quarryville, Willow Street, Ephrata, Mt. Joy, and Elizabethtown.
Assisting with personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, and dressing
Helping with mobility, transfers, and light physical assistance
Assisting with errands, grocery shopping, and transportation to appointments when required
Preparing simple meals and assisting with feeding if needed
Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe, clean environment
Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support
Reminding clients about medications and daily routines
Observing and reporting changes in the client’s condition
Starting pay $14/hourly
