As a Junior Designer, you will be required to provide engineering deliverables and technical support. The main duties and responsibilities as part of this position include:
Responsibilities:
Participate, contribute and execute multi-disciplined engineering projects related to infrastructure.
Produce detailed engineering model and drawing deliverables for civil related projects.
Communicate with external and internal stake holders to ensure quality and timely outcomes.
Perform assignments related to civils, drainage and utilities;
Assist with preparation of detailed design for civil engineering infrastructure/utilities projects;
Support preparation of drawings from detailed notes and specifications;
Coordination with other technicians in designing drainage and utilities provision for development, urban regeneration and transportation projects;
Provide support to Senior Engineers and Designers as and when needed.
Qualifications:
Diploma or associate degree in engineering or drafting.
Understanding of inter-discipline requirements for the tasks at hand.
3D modeling and 2D drafting experience.
Experience with Civil 3D is a plus.
Understanding design concept.
Problem solving attitude.
Ability to work in a team-environment
