Pay Range: $31.00–$36.00 per hour (plus shift differentials)
Openings:
Full-Time: Day (6:30 AM–3:00 PM) | Evening (2:30 PM–11:00 PM)
Part-Time: Night (10:30 PM–7:00 AM)
Weekend and holiday rotation required
Pool positions available as needed
Position Summary:
The LPN Charge Nurse supports the RN Manager/Supervisor in providing high-quality skilled nursing care while ensuring compliance with regulations and TANDEM LIVING’s Philosophy of Care.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Current PA LPN (or RN) license
CPR certification (or obtain upon hire)
2–4 years of nursing experience preferred (skilled nursing/retirement setting)
Basic computer skills (Word, Outlook)
Key Responsibilities:
Medication administration, treatments, dressing changes, and vital signs
Monitor IVs, catheters, skin integrity, and resident condition
Document care, physician visits, and daily charting
Assist in emergencies and resident transfers
Support RN Manager and supervise Caregiver duties
