SM Lawn Care – Team Member (Mowing, Mulching & Landscaping)
Job Summary
SM Lawn Care is looking for a dependable and hardworking team member to assist with lawn maintenance and landscaping services. This position involves mowing, mulching, trimming, and general landscape work for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and can work well with a team.
Key Responsibilities
Mow lawns using commercial mowing equipment
Trim and edge around sidewalks, driveways, and landscaping
Install mulch in flower beds and landscaped areas
Assist with planting, weeding, and general landscape maintenance
Load, unload, and transport tools and materials
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow company standards to ensure high-quality results
Qualifications
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physically able to lift 50+ pounds and perform manual labor
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus (but not required)
Valid driver’s license preferred
Work Schedule
Full-time or part-time positions available
Typical hours: Monday–Friday, daytime shifts
