Schedule: Full-time, on-site | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Minimal weekend commitment as part of an on-call rotation

Position Summary:
The IT Specialist Level 1 provides first-line technical support to staff and residents across three campuses. This entry-level role focuses on troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and system issues, escalating complex problems as needed to ensure timely resolution and business continuity.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Additional education, training, or relevant IT experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as first point of contact for technical support via phone, email, or ticketing system

Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals

Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device setup and user accounts

Support phone system setup, moves, transfers, and troubleshooting

Follow standard procedures and escalate issues when appropriate
