Full Time HVAC Maintenance Technician – 10am – 6:30pm, Holiday & Weekend rotation

Summary: Performs routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on HVAC and refrigeration systems, response to service calls and conducts assessments to resolve comfort issues. Inspects and replaces faulty or worn parts (e.g., compressors, condensers, valves, thermostats, belts, fans, fuses, coils, filters, drive assemblies). Tests equipment functionality after repairs. May assist supervisor with complex tasks. Works with completed work checked for adherence to guidelines and quality standards. Provides general maintenance repairs, work orders, and preventative maintenance for the entire campus. Qualifications

Must have HVAC Certification
Experience: 2 years in HVAC/refrigeration maintenance, repair, installation at a long-term care facility, apartment buildings, OR 4-year Vo-Tech training + 6 months experience; OR equivalent combination.
Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Knowledge: Mechanical aspects of HVAC/refrigeration, electronic/pneumatic controls,
Skills: care and use of HVAC/refrigeration tools, read/interpret blueprints, manuals, schematics, identify HVAC/refrigeration voltage
Valid driver’s license.
