DoubleTree by Hilton, operated by Willow Valley Associates, is looking for dependable and skilled Maintenance Engineers to help keep our hotel operating at its best. Whether it's troubleshooting equipment, repairing guest rooms, maintaining building systems, or responding to unexpected challenges, you'll play a critical role in delivering an outstanding guest experience.

What You'll Be Doing
• Perform preventative maintenance in guest rooms and hotel facilities
• Troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and mechanical systems
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergency situations
• Repair and maintain locks, key card systems, and building equipment
• Assist with painting, facility upkeep, and exterior maintenance
• Maintain pool equipment and water quality records
• Help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for guests and team members
• Work closely with housekeeping, front desk, and hotel leadership teams to resolve issues quickly and professionally.

What We're Looking For
• One year of maintenance, facilities, trades, or related experience or training preferred
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and general repairs
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Customer-service mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required

Schedule Requirements
This position supports a 24/7 hotel operation. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required. Flexibility is essential to help meet the needs of our guests and business operations.

Physical Requirements
This is an active role requiring lifting, climbing, standing, walking, bending, and working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.

This position is designated as Safety Sensitive under our Drug-Free Workplace Policy. Candidates must successfully pass all pre-employment screening requirements. Team Members are expected to follow all company safety policies and procedures.
