Position Overview
We are seeking a heavy equipment operator. Experiance is preferred but willing to train the right person. Running drills, excavator, skid loaders…. This is a full-time, hands-on role involving the operation and maintenance of late-model drill rigs to complete small-diameter blast hole drilling for construction blasting projects.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain drill rigs for construction blasting.
Perform hands-on drilling of small-diameter blast holes.
Operate excavator, skid loaders..
Work outdoors year-round in varying conditions.
Maintain compliance with OSHA, MSHA, ATF, and DOT regulations.
Safely handle equipment and materials.

Qualifications
Must be 18 year of age
Clean driving record.
Physically fit; able to lift heavy materials and work in demanding outdoor environments.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Must pass pre-employment physical, drug/alcohol screening, and background check.

Preferred Skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Work Schedule

Typical start time: 5:00–6:00 AM.
Overtime is often available.
Projects typically within a 2-hour radius of Lancaster, PA.
