What You’ll Do:
As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of heavy-duty, custom machinery used in the wood products industry. This role requires extensive travel to customer sites, providing technical support, and ensuring the optimal performance of our machinery. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, possess strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to deliver excellent customer service.
What You’ll Know:
• Installation of heavy-duty equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot pneumatic, hydraulic systems, PLCs
• Understand and work with 3-phase electrical systems
• Traveling to customers’ sites
• Training customer’s operators on running new equipment
• A strong commitment to safety and adherence to company safety policies and procedures
Pendu offers competitive wages and benefits package to include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with a company match, paid vacation and paid holidays. Starting wage range is between $30 – $35 depending on experience.
