Garden Spot Village, part of Garden Spot Communities, is currently seeking an Electrician for Full Time Day shifts.
Garden Spot Village, located in New Holland, PA, is a Retirement Community offering innovative options for residential living, and also wellness and healthcare services.
Job Title: Electrician
Status: Full Time
Schedule: 7:30am-4pm, working every 6th weekend and monthly on-call
Salary Range: $26-30/hour based on experience

What will I do in this role with Garden Spot?
Conducts ongoing evaluation assessments of existing electrical equipment and makes recommendations for scheduled replacement.
In partnership with FS Specialist, FS Coordinator and/or FS Leadership, The Electrician takes ownership and is responsible for all electrical related projects, tasks, and PM's.
Receives, reviews, and prioritizes electrical work orders daily.
What do I need for this role with Garden Spot?
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 3 years' experience in the electrical service field.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and building plans. Experience in reading schematics, one-line diagrams.
Ability to self-manage daily schedule and workload.
Possess a basic knowledge of OSHA and ASHRAE requirements of regulatory agencies.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
