Spring Garden Electric, an electrical contractor who works on remodels and additions of beautiful Chester and Lancaster County Homes, is currently seeking Experienced Electricians to join our team as we grow.
• Work Experience: Previously worked as a foreman leading teams, training entry-level individuals and communicating with the home owner, contractor and other trade professionals
• Install new wiring and repair existing wiring, including drilling holes, installing boxes, and running wire to receptacles in homes and commercial spaces as well as training apprentices or entry-level electricians
• Ability to Read and Review blueprints
• Ability to Troubleshoot problems in order to find a solution for the customer. Mechanically Inclined with a knack for solving problems and fixing things. Fine motor skills in working with your hands.
• Friendly and Able to Communicate with the homeowner, contractor and other trade professionals on electrical wiring concerns and needs.
• Ability to work as a team player on a 2-person or 4-person crew
• Flexible: Able to pivot and adjust plans since things can change based on the homeowner's request
• Detailed-Oriented: Aware of small details and able to keep things organized
• Safety-Minded: Values and follows safe working practices.
• Dependable: On time and ready to work each and every day
• Work consistent full-time hours, from 6:30 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with optional Saturday hours
• Must have a valid PA Driver's License and clean driving record
What we offer our Electricians:
• Experienced Electrician: $24-$30+, DOE
• Optional Saturday hours (Earn an extra $10/hour for work performed on Saturdays)
