SHIFT AVAILABLE:
2-2-3 12-hour Straight Nights, 7:00-7:00!
Every other weekend off!
STARTING PAY:
$29.87/hour + Plus $1.25/hour night shift premium!
Based off of skillset and experience!

WHAT ELECTRICAL MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS GET TO DO
-Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
-Performs necessary repairs and preventative maintenance on equipment and facility.
-Troubleshoots electrical problems using manufacturers schematics and manuals.
-Assists the equipment support person as needed with electrical repairs of the support equipment.
-May make repairs to motors and gear boxes such as changing bearings, wiring repair, etc.
-Problem solves issues concerning equipment operation and manufacturing processes where these relate to -maximizing output.
-Fills out maintenance request forms and may fill out work order.
-Involvement in developmental project work including working with R&D, manufacturing and outside equipment and parts vendors.
-Functions as part of the technical resources for the on-site staff.
-Performs welding, cutting, drilling using electrical power tools as needed for fabrication.
-Knowledge of procedures, work instructions and associated forms as required by the Key Area Leader.
-Performs other projects/duties as assigned.

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU
-High level of experience and proficiency in the function, mechanics, and operation of all Maintenance equipment
-Ability to perform LOTO as required.
-Computer and Software knowledge
-Able to work well with others / self-motivated
-Strong mechanical skills Strong Attendance and Safety Record
-Program and troubleshoot PLC’s. (Allen Bradley 500 and 5000 software)
-Use multi-meter to check voltage, resistance, and amps
-Knowledge of Ohms Law/Watts Law
-Ability to troubleshoot and repair, VFD, PLC, HMI, heating, and low voltage controls.
-Knowledge of 3 phase motor rotation
-Understanding of mechanical blueprint and schematics.
-Plumbing/Hydraulics (hose fabrication, fitting ID and application)
-Basic Welding (mig or stick, weld in position)
-Ability to operate a drill press, lathe, mill and shop equipment.
