Dentistry for Life is looking to hire an excellent dental hygienist to join our amazing team! For the right Hygienist, this is a dream opportunity with the ability to immediately enter into a full-time position with an already very robust and highly productive practice environment and a flexible lifestyle schedule.
The office is a fee-for-service. No Medicaid. Privately owned office NOT a DSO.

Who we are looking for:
The ideal candidate would support our office vision, provide excellent dental care to our patients, and be an oral hygiene leader for the office. We are looking for someone who has the highest standards of dental practice and ethics and who is continuously looking to learn and grow their skills.
Duties:
– Perform routine dental hygiene services including teeth cleanings, scaling, and polishing to prevent tooth decay and periodontal disease.
– Conduct oral examinations to identify any potential oral health issues.
– Take and develop dental X-rays as needed.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical and dental histories.
– Collaborate with dentists to develop treatment plans for patients with dental problems.
– Utilize the electronic dental records system, Dentrix.
– Provide patient education on proper oral hygiene techniques and oral health care.
– Maintain a clean and organized dental clinic environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
– Participate in continuing education to stay current with the latest advancements in dental hygiene and technology.
Qualifications:
– Associate's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
– Current licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in the state of Pennsylvania.
– Strong understanding of dental terminology and dental imaging principles.
– Proficiency with dental clinic management software, Dentrix.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with patients of all ages.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $40.00 – $45.00 per hour
