Complete Property Solutions, a family-owned business specializing in landscape and hardscape construction/design build work, hydroseeding, erosion control and small excavation services is look for a Crew Member to help expand our team.
Role Description
This is a full-time role located in Lancaster, PA. The Crew Team Member will help manage daily operations, work with team members, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Responsibilities include tracking project progress, coordinating with other team members, maintaining tools/equipment/materials, and equipment operation (skid loaders, mini excavators, hydroseeders and mulch blower truck).

Experience with equipment operation, landscape and operational procedures relevant to the job.
Proficiency in communication and collaboration.
Attention to detail and ability to uphold safety standards.
Reliable transportation and availability for on-site work.
Experience in the industry is required. 2 years minimum.
Experience driving trucks and trailers is required.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks as needed.
Driver's license is required.
CDL license is highly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
– Drive a commercial vehicle and trailer when needed.
– Install and provide landscape and seeding services.
-Provide erosion control applications on projects.
-Grading and earthwork as needed on job sites.
– Hardscaping installation including patios, walkways, fire pits, retaining walls.
– Ensure all work is completed efficiently and meets quality standards.
– Monitor inventory of tools and supplies, requesting replenishment as needed.
– Operate snow removal equipment including but not limited to trucks, plows, snow blowers, salt spreaders and shovels in the winter months.
-Maintain clean company vehicles and equipment both inside and out.
Compensation:
Pay rate will be based on experience, knowledge, and other factors (CDL etc.)
