Cedar Haven Healthcare Center of Lebanon, PA is seeking to hire a full-time Building Maintenance Worker with HVAC experience and EPA Certification to assist with the maintenance of our facility, equipment, and grounds. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER

As a Building Maintenance Worker, you help the team respond to indoor and outdoor maintenance requests and also perform equipment installation and scheduled preventative maintenance work. You arrive for each shift determine to ensure that our facility, grounds, and equipment are well maintained so that our staff can provide the best quality care to residents possible. You have a good attitude and work ethic as you work with the rest of your team. Your experience and interpersonal skills come in handy as you answer maintenance requests in the building, interacting with staff, residents, and families. Maintaining our building, grounds, and equipment with excellence while making a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families brings you satisfaction!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A BUILDING MAINTENANCE ASSISTANT

Graduation from high school or GED certificate desirable.
HVAC experience with an EPA certification required.
Must possess a valid Pennsylvania Drivers' License.
