This position is set for between 30 and 40 hours per week. Upon being fully trained, the candidate should expect between 35 and 40 hours. Shifts for this position begin at 3 am as mixes need to be started and doughs need to begin proving to ensure that products are ready for market days.
Room for Growth
While we are looking for someone to mix and maintain the quality of products that Ric's Bread has already established, this position has room to grow. Upon mastering recipes, schedules, and processes, we hope to see this candidate trying new products, new techniques, and new flavors.
