Automotive Service Technician (Entry-Level & Experienced)

Lancaster Hyundai is hiring full-time Automotive Service Technicians to join our growing service department. We welcome both current technical school students and experienced technicians looking to advance their careers.
As a Service Technician, you will perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and Hyundai factory standards. We provide ongoing company and manufacturer training to help you grow into a certified dealership technician.
Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders
• Diagnose vehicle concerns and complete necessary repairs
• Communicate with Parts and Service Advisors regarding repair needs and timelines
• Identify and recommend additional safety or maintenance items
• Document all work performed and road test vehicles as needed
• Participate in manufacturer training and stay current with technical updates
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• PA Inspection and Emissions License (or ability to obtain)
• Own tools
• Valid driver’s license
• Basic computer and math skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background and MVR check
