Career Pathways

Chef

Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of salads, soups, fish, meats, vegetables, desserts, or other foods. You may also plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.

Personal Chef

Prepare meals in private homes. Work with clients to coordinate ingredients, menus, and meal service.

Butcher / Meat Cutter

Cut, trim, or prepare consumer-sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments.
