Career Pathways
Mix and bake ingredients to produce breads, rolls, cookies, cakes, pies, pastries, or other baked goods.
Bake and decorate specialty cakes. Work with clients on designs and coordinate delivery and set-up.
Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of sweet and savory pastries. May plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts.
