Job Description
We are a well-established dental office with a fun and friendly working environment. We are committed to the care and safety of our team as well as our patients during the Covid19 pandemic. We are looking for a competent dental assistant who is a warm, friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working, dedicated, self-motivated individual to our team and is a fast learner. You’ll ensure excellent customer service and lift administrative and basic dental tasks off the dentist’s shoulders. Dental assistants should be well-organized with great attention to detail. You should be able to follow instructions and respect dental office regulations. We want you to be skilled in providing direct or indirect patient care and able to make office procedures as smooth as possible. Dental assisting experience is preferred, but willing to train a team player with a limited/non dental experience to join our friendly staff.
Key Responsibilities:
o Clinical Assisting: Provide hands-on chair-side assisting during clinical
procedures and prepare patients for treatment.
o Operatory & Instrument Management: Manage room setup,
breakdown, and proper instrument sterilization in compliance with safety
standards.
o Radiology: Utilize active Radiology Certification (or earn certification
within an agreed timeframe) to take diagnostic X-rays.
o Workflow & Team Support: Adapt quickly to clinical protocols,
maintain a fast-learning pace, and actively support daily practice
workflows.
High School Diploma or Dental Assistant Certified (Preferred)
Good computer skills
Excellent communication and people skills
Attention to detail
Well-organized and reliable
X-ray Certified (Preferred)

Pay: Starting at $16 per hour
