We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in facilities maintenance or skilled trades. The technician will be responsible for supporting the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of equipment, buildings, and systems to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Key responsibilities include performing routine inspections, assisting with basic repairs (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing), responding to maintenance requests, and maintaining tools and work areas. The technician will work under the guidance of experienced staff to troubleshoot issues and complete preventative maintenance tasks.
The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, basic mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures are essential. Prior experience is not required, but technical training or a vocational background is a plus.
