Most of our work is commercial, industrial and warehouse flatwork. Our crews start at 6 a.m. about 75-80% of the time but 20-25% of the time have early starts any time before 6 a.m., meaning between 1 a.m. and 5:30 a.m. When we say 20-25% of the time we mean on average over the course of a year. Most of the time our crews are back at the shop by 5 or 5:30 p.m.; however, just as with the starting time, sometimes quitting time is later as well. Concrete is a living organism and we often need to start early or work late, depending on the weather and size of the pour. We start $23 to $25/hour and are willing to train on the job.
