Position Summary:
The Café Cook supports the Culinary Team by preparing meals for residents, guests, and staff. This role follows standardized recipes and safety guidelines while helping manage food costs and maintaining kitchen operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Culinary training or prior experience in institutional food service preferred
Experience in food preparation and following standardized recipes
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and production sheets
Maintain kitchen operations, assist with closing procedures, and store deliveries properly
Perform daily, weekly, and monthly quality procedures and logs
Operate kitchen equipment safely and report malfunctions
