Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Active Multi State Compact License (for out of state nurses or nurses relocating)
Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen.
