$2500 SIGN ON BONUS ($1250 after 90 days and $1250 after 180 days)
Keystone Trailer Services (100 W Crone Rd, York PA 17406) is looking for “self-starting”, motivated Trailer Technicians to join our team. Duties will include performing repairs to keep customers equipment compliant with the FMSCA and 49 CFR regulations while also performing major body work. Applicant should have the ability to work well in a team environment and execute under the direction of the Lead Technician and the Shop Manager. Training will be provided for the right applicant with related experience. Hours are Mon-Fri, 7:00 am – 5pm (with a 30 minute unpaid lunch). 47.5 hours/week
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1-2 years trailer repair experience or related experience
Able to use MIG welder, cutting torch and plasma cutter.
Ability to manage time effectively to achieve repair times.
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Excellent communication skills
Must have own tools (We supply tools that are 3/4″ and above)
Troubleshooting skills
Inspection license is a PLUS!
