Technical Team Internship
Description:
GoToCollegeFairs is looking for qualified interns to join our technical team. This team works on the entire lifecycle of software and mobile app development. As a software company, we are constantly releasing new products and/or new features: this internship is a ground-floor opportunity to learn about that process. Qualified interns will be eligible for employment at the conclusion of the internship. This is a remote, unpaid internship.

This intern should be prepared to work independently (after being thoroughly trained) and will finish the internship having gained broad experience in various aspects of software development, testing, product documentation, and technical support.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer-facing technical support via live agent chat and response in the ticket system.
Program/maintain answer bots for technical support after hours.
Organize, update, and maintain a database of product documentation for internal and external support. Review the current knowledge base and recommend updates/additions.
Product testing.
Requirements:
College, recent graduate: 3.5 GPA or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Driven and hard-working.
Ability to take direction and work independently.
Google Drive proficiency.
