Shuttle Bus Driver

Temporary Position, Available on: 2022-08-31

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
*Cares for all Mennonite Home Communities vehicles; ensure that vehicles
are at appropriate places.
*Keeps garage clean. Keeps vehicles clean inside and out; reports any
damage to Shuttle Bus Driver Supervisor.
*Reports any misconduct on busses.
*Communicate effectively and maintains confidentiality.
*Is flexible, prioritizes tasks, and possesses good time management skills.
*Plans, organizes, and implements job responsibilities.
*Checks vehicles and fluid levels to maintain proper operation.
*Works well with staff and residents.

OTHER FUNCTIONS
*Is available for any emergency that may require additional assistance to
ensure normal operations.
*Completes other tasks Director of Facilities or Assistant Director of Facilities
assigns.
*Reports any unsafe conditions found throughout Mennonite Home
Communities.
*Demonstrates commitment to customer service.
*Completes annual compliance and HIPAA training and exhibits behavior as
set forth by the code of conduct in the performance of their duties.
*Completes assigned mandatory training.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
A high school diploma or Equivalent.
Two to four years related experience driving a bus.
Have a valid PA license; the ability to drive a car, van, truck, or tractor in a variety of weather conditions.
Must have valid Class B Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement.
