| ENTRY LEVEL $11.00/hour GENERAL INFORMATION: Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (injection molding machines, coating application processes, assembly, packing), assist in the creation of product utilizing manual and automated tools and equipment through repetitive processes at various workstations. Handling of optical quality component parts requiring strict inspection. Inspecting said products and ensuring that the expectations of the customer and company are being met with the end result being a product of high quality as defined by quality standards and supervision. DUTIES AND SKILLS include, not limited to: Fine manipulation of fingers and manual dexterity of hands for the repetitive handling of products; Recordkeeping requires basic math, reading and timekeeping. HOURS OF WORK: 2nd shift 3pm to 11:30pm Mon-Fri OR 3rd shift starting Sunday night 11:00 pm and ending at 7:30 am Monday through Friday. 30 minutes unpaid meal period. REGULAR AND TIMELY ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED. SUCCESSFUL team members posses safety and quality awareness, are team-oriented and treat others with dignity and respect.
