Production Specialist (Door Locks & Key Assembly)

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified candidate to join our Lititz, PA team as a Production Specialist in our Keying/Lockset department. Core business hours are 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Hours worked per week will depend on customer demands.

If you have prior experience with small parts assembly, electronics, locksmith, maintenance or repair of locks/hardware or similar detail work, this opportunity may be a good fit for you!

Job Duties
•Disassembles locks and replaces tumblers, springs, and other parts.
•Lock and cylinder preparation, assemble and disassemble of lock.
•Master keying function, pinning the key cylinder.
•Set up/Operate machines to cut and copy keys
•Maintain accurate records of company locks and keys.

Qualifications
•HS Diploma or GED is required
•1-2 years’ experience in a manufacturing, warehouse or distribution environment is required
•Excellent hand/eye coordination with the ability to handle small parts
•Prior experience working with small parts assembly (i.e., jewelry making, electronics, etc.) is preferred.
•Ability to focus on task and attention to detail is needed
•Must be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently
