Assembly work in Electronics and Mechanics departments – assemble components, controls, panels and dampers for HVAC, Refrigeration and Humidification industry. These roles are responsible for helping assemble and prepare products for shipment. Aid the assembly process, preparing for shipment and completing checks on equipment and products to ensure quality production.

The following are summary of the positions Carel is hiring for:
The Electronics Assembler is responsible for the assembly and testing of a variety of products in the Electronics Department according to company standards using hand tools and some electronic or pneumatic tools.
Entry Level Production Associate is responsible for the assembly of a variety of products on the Kitting, Compressor, Cylinder, and Compact Steam according to company standards using hand tools and some electronic or pneumatic tools.
Advanced Level Production Associate is responsible for the assembly UE/UR, Bard and MC product lines according to company standards using tools such as wireless drills, pencil drivers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and fasteners to attach equipment to enclosures, punch holes, tap, drill, and wire. In addition, testing and troubleshooting of units and reading schematics are everyday functions of the position. Associate will have working knowledge and the ability to be cross functional in multiple areas of Mechanics.
Mid-Level assembly position that is utilizing hand tools such as drills, screwdrivers, and wrenches to assemble a wide range of louver and damper products for HVAC products.
