We are seeking a skilled Production Assembler to join our manufacturing team. As a Production Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products according to established procedures and specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and be proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Responsibilities:
• Assemble products according to established procedures and specifications, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
• Follow work instructions and read blueprints, diagrams, or schematics to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report any defects, malfunctions, or discrepancies in products or equipment to the supervisor.
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to use hand tools and measuring instruments with precision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to perform measurements and calculations accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
