CMC, Inc. is seeking a full-time Estimator to provide detailed project cost analysis to ensure accurate proposals, successful, and profitable jobs. The ideal candidate will work in an organized and consistent manner, utilizing technology including digital take-offs, to streamline projects of all sizes, from multiple smaller jobs to larger projects of up to $3-5M. The Estimator will work with a Senior Estimator in a supportive and empowering work environment with room for advancement.
Mechanical construction experience preferred; specifically working knowledge of HVAC and/or plumbing.
Excellent communication skills including the ability to successfully hand off jobs to project managers when necessary is essential.
Ability to effectively estimate multiple projects at the same time is a must.
Understanding of the design-build and plan/spec processes, including subcontractor and supplier relationships is desired.
