Susquehanna Printing is hiring for a Full-Time overnight (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM) Machine Operator.
Job Responsibilities:
– Full operation and preventative maintenance of packaging/bindery equipment (direct knowledge of stitching equipment a plus).
– Performs quality checks and ensures product is complete, accurate and defect free
– Completes job paperwork.
– Keeps equipment and work area clean.
– Follows company safety policy and procedures.
– Adaptable and flexible with production operations and schedule
Customer service:
– Brings relevant issues affecting service to the attention of management in a timely fashion.
– Notifies management of any technical issues which may cause delays or service requests so that they may contact the vendor for a service call.
Communication:
– Communicates and collaborates effectively while striving for the highest possible outcomes for customers and our organization.
– Develops and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
– Works proactively to identify problems and craft creative solutions.
