You will join our Personal Care team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations, supervise staff, manage residents plan of care, and provide quality improvement audits. You will complete and manage initial, annual, and significant change Resident Assessment support plans in addition to documentation of Medical Evaluations. Reviews incident reports and completes necessary incident documentation as needed.
