Our home health care agency is rapidly expanding and we are hiring a Home Health Nurse effective immediately. We work with patients of all ages and backgrounds who require daily care in their homes. Most of our patients are elderly and/or terminally ill, so we hire the most compassionate and thoughtful talent in the field. You will be responsible for managing a heavy case load, so time management skills are essential. However, it is important to provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to meet his or her needs. Nurse referrals $100 bonus paid if we hire your referrals after new hire works 90 shifts (PROMOTION IS THROUGH JULY 2017)
LPN Pay Rate:
Experience
1-3 Years $20/Hour
4-6 Years $22.50/Hour
7+ Years $24/Hour
Trach/Vent clients +$2/Hour
Mileage LPN- .45/mile for running errands for clients or transporting clients (only transport with prior consent from Lauren- does not happen often)
