We are looking for:

Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED
Must be able to successfully pass MVR
Must be able to obtain an active DOT qualification
Must live within 20 miles of Lancaster, PA

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience, educational background and/or desire to learn mechanics, electronics, or hydraulic systems. Truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment and/or aerial work platforms preferred
Troubleshooting capability in mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems
Strong customer service and safety focused mindset
Basic computer and shop math skills
Ability to read basic blueprints, drawings and work orders
Ability to perform the essential physical functions including frequent stooping, bending, squatting, and kneeling under/above equipment, lifting up to 75 pounds. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Ability work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team-based, safety focused workplace
Ability to travel overnight within assigned region
Some trade school or equivalent training
Strong reliability, initiative and positive attitude
Willingness and eagerness to meet and exceed deadlines and goals while learning and growing in a fast past, team-focused environment
Own basic job-related tools
