Full-time Position, Available on: 2022-02-23
Diagnoses and repairs medium to heavy-duty trucks and trailers, including but not limited to preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs to air and hydraulic brakes, tires, driveline, steering and suspension, electrical, AC systems, component overhaul and engine repair and rebuild.
Performs preventive maintenance on tractor and trailer equipment including routine technical repairs.
Completes all necessary paperwork including charging out parts and labor accurately as well as working with the parts manager to order any needed nonstock parts.
Remains technically proficient in all areas of the shop.
Performs general and routine welding repairs.
Uses appropriate resources such as parts manuals, repair manuals, and computer to determine the most efficient and effective repair.
